Mission
It is our Mission to create affordable single family home-ownership and rental opportunities to Veterans while providing skilled employment and on the job training opportunities.
Properties include single and multifamily residences. The target regions are the Merrimac Valley, Essex County, Worcester and Springfield areas because our research has concluded these areas are the most advantageous in terms of Veteran affordability, close proximity to various Veteran outreach resources and in close proximity to trains and buses.

INSPIRATION
Founder Michael Sabatini was inspired by his father, Alipio Sabatini, Korean War Veteran of the US Army 354th Engineering/Construction Battalion, who taught him the building arts. Alipio Sabatini's guidance inspired his son's desire to assist America's military Veterans into home ownership and employment.
Vet Build was founded to accomplish that goal.
